Welcome to Replic8.me. By creating an account or using the service at www.replic8.me, you agree to these terms.

The service

Replic8.me helps you create and schedule content and, when you connect third-party accounts, publish to platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. AI features assist drafting; you are responsible for reviewing content before it goes live.

Your content and rights

You retain ownership of content you create. You represent that you have the rights to any text, images, and videos you upload or publish through Replic8, including music and likeness where applicable. Do not use the service to infringe others' rights or violate platform rules.

Third-party platforms

Publishing uses each platform's APIs and is subject to their terms and policies (for example Meta, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok). We are not responsible for takedowns, rate limits, or account actions taken by those platforms. Automated posts occur only when you connect an account and publish or schedule content in Replic8.

For TikTok Direct Post, you authorize us to send video and captions you attach to drafts to TikTok when you use Publish or scheduled publishing. TikTok may restrict visibility (for example private posts) based on your app and account status until their review process is complete.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for spam or illegal activity. We may suspend accounts that abuse the product or connected APIs.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle account data, media, and connected platforms.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
