Replic8.me ("we", "us") provides AI-assisted content creation and optional publishing to social platforms. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it when you use www.replic8.me.

Account data

We store the information needed to run your account: your email, name, and the creator profile you build in the app. Passwords are handled by Supabase Authentication; we do not store plain-text passwords in our application tables.

Your content

Drafts, voice profiles, calendar items, and analytics data you create belong to you. We do not sell your content or use it to train third-party models beyond what is required to provide the service (for example, sending text or media to platform APIs you choose to connect).

Media you upload

When you attach images or videos to posts, files are stored in our secure storage (Supabase) linked to your account and drafts. We use these files only to show previews in the app and to publish to platforms when you schedule or publish. You confirm you have rights to media before attaching it.

Connected social platforms

If you connect LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok, we store OAuth tokens and basic profile identifiers (such as display name or username) so we can publish on your behalf when you ask us to. We do not post without your action (publish now, schedule, or approved automation you configure).

  • Meta (Facebook / Instagram): Page and Instagram publishing use Meta's Graph API under the permissions you grant at connect time.
  • TikTok: If you connect TikTok, we use TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API (Direct Post) with scopes such as user.info.basic and video.publish. We upload video and caption you attach to a draft when you publish or when a scheduled post is due. TikTok's privacy policy also applies to data processed on their side.

You can disconnect any platform in Publishing Hub; we delete stored tokens for that connection.

Deletion and your choices

You can delete your account and associated data from settings. For Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other connected apps, see our user data deletion instructions and revoke access in each platform's app settings if needed.
